Here's yer sign

This time I'm posting about VBS, because it was just over this past Friday. I worked as an elementary crew leader, and had three of my cousins traveling with me. It was so cool to get to see them get excited about worship and wanting to learn more, and understanding how the games we played every day somehow related to God. I was really happy to hear my cousins answering questions and singing too. We sang here I am to worship and at the part where they say "I'll never know how much it cost to see my sin upon that cross" and they say it abt 4 times, we were reaching toward the cross and our arms were getting sore. One of the ladies leading the singing told the kids even though our arms are getting a little tired, while we're reaching toward this cross think about how much Jesus sacrificed for us, and just holding our arms up for that short time is a small sacrifice we can make to show Him how much what He did means to us. I just really thought it was a neat way of putting it and it made me think that even though my time is not as big of a sacrifice, I could be giving more of it to Him than I do. Anyway, VBS is awesome, wish it wasn't over.
