Our pool is finally opened, woohoo! Every summer I spend all the free time I have there, I really enjoy swimming. Ashley and I went swimming for a couple hours, it was very relaxing. I wasn't able to hold my breath as long as last year, but I'll get back to that soon enough. We did some lesson planning for teaching english today, I think it'll be more fun than I thought, because the kids are energetic and like to move around, so it's not really formal teaching.
We planned some games and fun songs to help them learn, like pictionary, hangman, and head shoulders knees and toes.
I am trying to think of some more easy songs and games to help them learn words, if y'all have any suggestions that'd be awesome. Hope y'all had a nice Pentecost feast, and will talk to y'all whenever I talk to ya. Blessings,

So we finished up our friendship killers Bible study this week. This time we also talked a little bit about God being our friend, and then went on to the subject of being the kind of friend Jesus was. We started in Exodus 33:7-11, specifically the latter verse, where it says, "And the Lord spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend." Then we discussed John 15:12-15: " This is my commandemnet, that ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants, for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth, but I have called you friends: for all things that I have heard of my Father, I have made known to you."

Hey guys,
So sorry about keepin y'all hanging for so long. Have any of y'all noticed that the more you post, the harder it is to come up with somethin new to write about? I'm not giving up on bloggin, I just need to figger out what to write about. Last week I went to a Bible study called Friendship Killers, which I will finish up this week(Wednesday). It was really good, and I'll share my notes with y'all from this time.
#1 Friendship Killer- The Tongue(James 3)
How can it kill a friendship?
a.Gossip(Proverbs 20:19)
b.Lies(Proverbs 14:5)
c.Slander(Proverbs10:18) there was another verse, but I can't find it now. I'll keep lookin.
d.Negative Talk(Phillippians 4:8)
Tonite Ashley and I were having a conversation with our friends Kim and Bean about friendships and people relationships. We were talking about how different Kim and Bean are for being best friends, Kim is overly energetic and very confident, says what she thinks. I love her personality, I am totally opposite of her, quiet and not as confident, hardly ever speak up. Bean is alot like that. Anyway, we were talking abouty how cool it is that in every relationship, whether friendship or other, God puts us with someone who balances us out really well. For example, God gave Ashley a twin who is organized to keep her in line, lol. A better example would be, God gives people who aren't so confident or don't talk alot friends who are opposite of them to make them talk or be crazy sometimes. Anywho, that is what I was just thinking about, so I decided to write about it. I am sitting here knowing I need to be asleep, but not going to bed. The song I am listening to at the moment is a country western song called "Austin" by some new artist. I like it, but it's a little different too. Well, guess I relly should sleep. Hope this post makes sense, I know it's late and I usually don't know what I'm talking about at this hour.
